I don’t believe so! It’s the same V-Twin that was used in Mazda’s first car, the Mazda R
360!

I think it was certainly influenced by motorcycle engine technology though, considering the Kei displacement regulations. Was this four stroke? Gonna watch these videos over a coffee. I don’t remember seeing a V twin in Turbos and Temples. Wasn’t theirs a 3 cylinder Superturbo?

Yeah, the car in TandT2 is the Superturbo, but they visit Classic Car Nagoya in Part 2 and Moog drives a R360 while waiting for Marty to return after the Superturb
